Texas Hemp Coalition Board Member

Dr. Karla Johanning of KJ Scientific Independent Testing Labs (KJ SCI-ITL) officially becomes a board member of the Texas Hemp Coalition (TxHC).

ISO Accreditation

KJ SCI-ITL is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab and Contract Research Organization (CRO) in Georgetown, Texas.

The TxHC is an independent, advocacy, nonprofit expert in the hemp industry in the state of Texas. It provides significant content to members in hemp farming, processing, retail and economic development.

Dr. Johanning brings TxHC her extensive knowledge and experience on how to provide accurate and high-quality hemp and CBD testing to stakeholders.

Dr. Johanning attends her first meeting lead by TxHC’s Executive Director, Ilissa Nolan. Ms. Nolan is also very active in Texas legislative sessions representing member hemp issues.
